ARCHOS 70 IT 250Gb: Touchscreen &/or System slow or not responsive

The ARCHOS 70 Internet Tablet 250Gb is a wonderful system, but I found it to have some issues.
One particular issue that has caused me grieve, is the touchscreen; it seems not responsive or very slow responding at times, and sometimes completely off calibration. Using the in system calibration, seems not to do much. Sometimes I had to hold my finger up to 10 seconds on the back button to get a response.



The easy way to get rid of this is repairing the calibration in the “Recovery start-up”

ZTE P729V San Francisco aka Blade: Poor WiFi Reception

If you happen to notice that your ZTE P729V San Francisco GSM or Blade (in USA) has a very weak and unstable WiFi reception, you are not alone.

Although in general pretty pleased with the device, the WiFi was not stable and had a very very poor reception. Less than 1m /3ft away from the router resulted in less than 2 bars. (<50%) 

This is what I did to improve the WiFi reception:
